Web and mobile apps built around the way your company works.

Selected work

What I built, and what changed for the people who use it.

  1. The scheduler: every inspector's day, with travel and breaks, at a glance.
    Plate I. Montajes y Procesos, 2026.

    Montajes y Procesos

Montajes y Procesos inspects and certifies elevators, escalators, electric doors, lifting platforms and stair lifts across Colombia under the NTC 5926 standards, accredited by ONAC for ten years. Their operation ran on spreadsheets and paper. I built the web platform and Android app that now run it, from scheduling inspectors to issuing certificates.

Once an inspection is reviewed and attested, the certificate can reach the client in as little as five minutes instead of three days, for about 500 pieces of equipment a month. It also replaced more than ten out-of-date spreadsheets.

  2. The home page: one product, explained before it is sold.
    Plate II. hxgon, 2026.

    hxgon

hxgon is my own online store for hot wax for bicycle chains, shipping across Colombia. I built it from scratch instead of renting a platform like Shopify, so every future sale stays mine, with no monthly fee and no platform commission.

Live since September 2026 and ready to sell, with payments by card, Nequi and PSE tested with real money, on a server that costs under ten dollars a month.

How we'd work

  1. We talk

You tell me how your team works today. Two days later you have a written plan, a timeline and a fixed price.

  2. I build

Every week you get a version you can try. You see the progress as it happens, not at the end.

  3. We launch

I publish it, train your team and hand over the code and accounts. After launch I'm still one message away.

About me

Hi, I'm Héctor, a software developer based in Bogotá.

I studied Programming and Web Technologies (AEC) at Collège Universel in Montreal, from 2021 to 2023.

I like to sit with the people who will use what I build: see how they work, what gets in their way and what they still do by hand every day. That's what shapes the tool, and I keep adjusting it once it's in use.

I work in Spanish and English. When I'm not coding I'm on my bike, which is how hxgon started: the chain wax I sell in my own store.

Have a project in mind?

Tell me what you're building. I reply within one business day.
